These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bk99bd ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bk99bd website located at https://bk99bd.vip and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, fishing games, bonuses, and customer support (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. bk99bd employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are found, all associated accounts will be suspended, balances may be forfeited, and the matter may be escalated further.

During registration and as part of the Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process, you will be required to provide the following information and documentation:

• Full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older
• Valid Bangladeshi mobile number (used for SMS OTP verification)
• Email address (used for account communications)
• Copy of your NID, passport, or other government-issued photo identification
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)

bk99bd reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months showing your name and a Bangladeshi address) and source of funds documentation for high-volume accounts. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account restriction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your account details with any third party. bk99bd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. bk99bd is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform. bk99bd takes its age-verification obligations seriously and enforces them rigorously through the KYC process.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, the following eligibility criteria apply to all bk99bd account holders:

All financial transactions on bk99bd are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bk99bd does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion to any transaction. The following payment methods are currently supported:

Deposits are credited to your bk99bd account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. bk99bd does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independent of bk99bd.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. For verified accounts, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution. bk99bd reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests of ৳50,000 or above before processing.

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your bk99bd KYC documents. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. bk99bd will not process withdrawals to payment accounts belonging to another person under any circumstances.

Funds deposited via a specific payment method must typically be withdrawn back to the same payment method unless bk99bd expressly permits an alternative route in writing. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and comply with applicable financial regulations.

bk99bd reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or where KYC verification is incomplete. In such cases, bk99bd will communicate the reason for the hold to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

bk99bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to Bangladesh events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL season. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses at bk99bd is 20x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the promotion terms for that specific offer.
• Time Limits: All bonuses expire within the time limit specified in the individual promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements and unused bonus funds are forfeited on expiry.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements are incomplete, the maximum bet per round or spin is ৳500 unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still pending wagering will result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus balance.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to abuse bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or exploiting technical errors — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all related balances.
• No-Deposit Bonuses: Where bk99bd offers a no-deposit bonus, the maximum withdrawable amount from no-deposit bonus winnings is ৳2,000 unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

bk99bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. The decision of bk99bd in all matters relating to bonus eligibility and wagering calculations is final.

By using the bk99bd Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk99bd Platform:

1. Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials; providing false identification documents; or misrepresenting your identity in any way during registration or KYC.
2. Money Laundering: Using the bk99bd Platform for any money laundering purpose, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity and attempting to withdraw them as gaming proceeds. bk99bd cooperates fully with applicable financial intelligence and law-enforcement authorities.
3. Collusion: Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the Platform.
4. Software Exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of software designed to interact with the Platform in a way that circumvents the normal human-play experience.
5. Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent or unjustified payment chargebacks or payment reversals against bk99bd. Any chargeback will immediately suspend your account pending investigation, and bk99bd reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds through all legal means available.
6. Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, racist, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive communication toward bk99bd support staff or other players on the Platform.
7. Unauthorised Access Attempts: Attempting to access areas of the Platform for which you do not have authorisation, including other players' accounts, internal administration systems, or game server infrastructure.
8. Commercial Exploitation: Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, game mechanics, odds data, or other intellectual property of bk99bd without express written permission.

bk99bd monitors Platform activity continuously using automated fraud detection and manual review systems. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, bk99bd reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently close the account if the breach is confirmed. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct may be forfeited.

bk99bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to the circumstances described below.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure by bk99bd:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Detection of duplicate or multiple accounts belonging to the same individual
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law-enforcement request

Voluntary Account Closure by the Player: You may request permanent closure of your bk99bd account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Please state clearly whether the closure is for personal preference or responsible gaming reasons. If the request is for responsible gaming purposes, bk99bd's self-exclusion process — which includes a mandatory cooling-off period and additional safeguards — will be applied rather than a standard account closure.

Dormant Account Policy: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no wagering activity). bk99bd will send a notification email prior to applying dormancy status. A dormant account remains accessible — no administrative fees are charged for dormancy. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and, if prompted, complete any outstanding KYC requirements.

Balances on Closure: Where an account is closed voluntarily by the player and in good standing (no breach of Terms), any verified remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being processed. Balances on accounts closed due to breach of Terms are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be forfeited where the breach involved fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk99bd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from gaming outcomes (gambling involves risk and all wagers may result in loss)
• Temporary Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond bk99bd's reasonable control
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions
• Data loss or security breaches attributable to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain an error

bk99bd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bk99bd will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and promptly address technical issues when they arise.

Where a technical error results in a game being settled incorrectly, bk99bd reserves the right to void the affected rounds and refund the wager amounts to the players involved. In no circumstance will bk99bd honour winnings that were generated as a result of a technical malfunction, game software error, or displayed odds error.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bk99bd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladesh law.
